I still haven&#39;t figured it out but I know that if I step on the scales and see a higher number I feel a bit bummed out and if it&#39;s lower I feel great, even if it&#39;s only 100g either way. Not weighing doesn&#39;t really help because then I just worry - but again, only when I feel overwhelmed. Then I start to think about how much I weigh.
